Take notice that the City of Delta (“Delta”) intends to lease approximately 207.59 acres of land for soil-based farming to Brent Kelly Farms Inc. for the following municipal property:

The consideration to be received by Delta for the parcel is $404,132.26 (plus applicable taxes) over a five year period from November 1, 2023. There are renewal options for a maximum potential term of fifteen years.
