Proposal: To rezone the subject property from Medium Impact Industrial (I2) to Marine Terminal Industrial (I4) to allow a portion of the subject site to be used for outside storage of shipping containers alongside the owner’s existing marine transportation loading and unloading facility. This application is consistent with Delta’s Official Community Plan.

Proposal: To rezone the subject property from Single Detached Residential 1 (RS1) to Single Detached Residential 5 (RS5) to permit subdivision into two single detached residential lots with a new dwelling to be constructed on proposed Lot A and the existing dwelling to be maintained on proposed Lot B. This application is consistent with Delta’s Official Community Plan.
A development variance permit is also requested to reduce the minimum lot width for subdivision in the Single Detached Residential 5 (RS5) Zone from 16 m to 15.4 m for proposed Lot A.
