Semiahmoo Peninsula businesses will be showcased at an upcoming trade show.

The South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce is hosting Business Trade Show on the Peninsula June 1-2 at Peace Arch Curling Club in White Rock.

The two-day event offers a unique platform for companies to exhibit their products, services, and innovations to a receptive audience from South Surrey, White Rock, and neighboring communities, a chamber release notes.

The trade show also promises valuable networking opportunities for business owners, professionals, and decision-makers alike, it continues.

Exhibitor vendor booth registration is currently open, and booth options include single booths priced at $695 and double booths at $1290.

“Business owners will find this event invaluable for promoting their enterprises and exploring the offerings of South Surrey and White Rock,” said marketing communications director Temma Chow. “We are planning for 65 booths featuring an eclectic array of exhibitors, ranging from local retailers and non-profits to home improvement companies and even professional sports teams.”

Exhibitors can also benefit from pre-show training materials designed to enhance their trade show impact, offering tips on successful exhibiting and refining elevator pitches.

“White Rock is a tight-knit community, and attendees can expect a grassroots feel,” Chow added.

The Business Trade Show on the Peninsula will not only facilitate business interactions but also provide a platform for sponsorship opportunities, educational presentations, and product demonstrations, adding value and engagement for attendees.

“Sponsorship and advertising opportunities are still available,” added Dione Costanzo, chamber event and marketing specialist. “We encourage businesses to join us in showcasing the dynamic business community of South Surrey and White Rock.”

Approximately 1,000 visitors to the trade show are expected, including residents looking for services and products and entrepreneurs and small business owners looking to network.

Peace Arch Curling Club is located at 1475 Anderson St. in White Rock.
