Creditors and others having claims against the estate of Raghbir Singh Bhinder are hereby notified under section 154 of the Wills, Estates and Succession Act that particulars of their claims should be sent to the personal representative, Gurmit Kaur Bhinder, C/O Virk Viyas & Associate Lawyers at 208-15240, Highway 10, Surrey, BC V3S 5K7 on or before May 19, 2024, after which date the Gurmit Kaur Bhinder, will distribute the estate among the parties entitled to it, having regard to the claims of which the Gurmit Kaur Bhinder then has notice.
