Applicant: Jaswinder Gabri, Awal Home Design

Purpose: To discharge Land Use Contract S.A. No. 3218 from the subject property in order to permit construction of a 76 m2 secondary suite within a portion of the existing dwelling. This bylaw is consistent with Delta’s Official Community Plan.

Materials related to the discharge such as the proposed discharge bylaw, detailed maps and other information may be inspected at Delta City Hall, 4500 Clarence Taylor Crescent, Delta, BC, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. from Thursday, February 23, 2023 to, Monday, March 6, 2023.
