Notice is hereby given that Delta City Council will consider giving first, second and third readings to the bylaw referenced below at its Regular Meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2024 in the Theatre, North Delta Centre for the Arts, 11425 84 Avenue, Delta BC.

Location: 11599 81A Avenue

Applicant: Joe Muego, Hearth Architectural Inc.

Proposal: To rezone the subject property from Single Detached Residential 4 (RS4) to Single Detached Residential 7 (RS7) to allow subdivision from one to two lots and construction of a new single detached dwelling with a secondary suite on each lot. This application is consistent with Delta’s Official Community Plan.
