Surrey RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jeffery Michael Wayne Goodwin, who is wanted for robbery.

On Dec. 10, 2016 at 7:30 p.m., police were called to the 10100-block of King George Boulevard after a report of an alleged robbery after a man was threatened at knife-point and robbed of his wallet.

The suspect fled the scene prior to police arriving. The victim was not physically injured.

After obtaining surveillance footage, Surrey RCMP’s Robbery Unit identified the suspect as 38-year-old Goodwin, a Surrey resident.

One charge of robbery was approved and a warrant for Goodwin’s arrest was issued.

Goodwin is described as a Caucasian male, 5’10”, with short brown hair, a short brown goatee and brown eyes.

Goodwin is violent and should not be approached. If you see him, call 911 as soon as it is safe.
