Delta’s U18 NDFC United garners hard fought win

On a crisp Feb 10 Saturday afternoon, the field at Delsom (Dennis Elsom) Field crackled with anticipation as the U18 NDFC United clashed against NVFC United in the third match of the League Cup round robin. Both sides were hungry for victory.

From the first whistle, it was evident that this encounter would be fiercely contested. But, even in its intensity, it was the NDFC United who emerged triumphant, their defense holding firm against the assaults of their opponents. With strategic precision and unwavering determination, they seized control of the match, ultimately securing a crucial victory and three precious points for their side.

With this hard-fought win, the NDFC United gained a step closer to the top of the League Cup standings, their tally now standing at an impressive seven points. This latest triumph added to their earlier successes, having overcome the VUFC Titans and the Albion FC in thrilling fashion, including nail-biting penalty shootouts that tested the nerves of players and fans alike.

With momentum on their side, the NDFC United now stand as formidable contenders, their sights set firmly on further glory as they continue their campaign in the League Cup.
