Consider investing $20 in what could be the most crucial preparation of your life.

While natural disasters like earthquakes or floods are inevitable, their impact can be lessened through readiness. Those who are equipped before calamity strikes are better positioned to manage during and recover post-event.

Launching on April 3 in North Delta, the Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Program (NEPP) imparts essential knowledge for enduring a minimum of 72 hours post-disaster. It also guides neighborhoods to coordinate effectively, ensuring safe and efficient response as cohesive units.

In partnership with Delta Police, Delta Fire & Emergency Services, the City of Delta, and Delta School District, NEPP enlists instructors from Delta Fire Department, Delta Police, and Emergency Support Services. This comprehensive six-session course equips you to handle emergencies at home, in your neighborhood, workplace, school, and broader community.
