Thousands of kids enjoy a snow day, another storm coming this afternoon

Here are the top stories across the Lower Mainland for Monday, Feb. 11.

1. One winter storm passes, another looms on B.C.’s south coast

Not long after a heavy snowstorm hit on Sunday afternoon, Environment Canada issued another snowfall warning for the region, with another 10 to 15 centimetres expected.

2. Surrey and White Rock schools closed

Residents in some areas awoke to more than a foot of snow on Monday morning.

3. Snow day for Langley students as public schools closed

Many areas of Langley received as much as two feet of snow.

4. The weather is stealing Abbotsford’s trampolines
