Semiahmoo Secondary won the 18th annual Surrey Fire Fighters Sr. Girls Basketball Classic.

The South Surrey school beat Lord Tweedsmuir 82-53 during the final game at Tweedsmuir on Saturday, Jan. 12.

Following the game, the Surrey Fire Fighters Charitable Society also handed out several awards and nine scholarships worth $750 each. Big Kahuna Sport Company also donated a number of products for the students.
