In loving memory ~
Louise passed away December 8th at the age of 98. She will be remembered with great love and admiration by her family, including nieces and nephews in B.C., Alberta and Québec and her many friends and her coworkers from catering and Green Timbers nursery and proudly by her daughters and their families: Renée and Kelsey and Kyler and Rolande (Angus) and Suzanne ( Justin) and Robert (Jen); her granddaughter Charlene and her 4 great grandchildren Athena, Aurora, Ash and Rowan.
She is predeceased by her son, Edwin Godrey (1945-2009)
Louise worked hard all her life. She began as "Rosie the Riveter" at the shipyards in WW2 and ended as "caterer extrodinaire" at age 85.
Nothing pleased Louise more than hosting her family and friends in her home. She really could put on a spread! She was the life of the party for sure. Everybody who knew her, loved her. We all have great stories about her.
We hope to hear many of them at a celebration in her honour in September (her birthday).
