Passed away peacefully on the morning of April 9th in his 77th year. Jack will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his wife Nancy, son Michael, brother Donald, a niece, nephews extended family members and friends.
The family wishes to extend their thank you to the wonderful care Jack received on the ACE floor of Peace Arch Hospital and the kind and compassionate care he received at the new Palliative Care Lodge of PA Hospital.
If you wish, a donation may be made in Memory of Jack Klinkhamer to the BC Cancer Foundation or Peace Arch Hospital Foundation.
