Apr 4, 1945 – Mar 24, 2018
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Gayle Anne Sheriff announces her passing on Saturday, March 24, 2018 while in Florida surrounded by family at the age of 72 years.
Gayle was born in Gull Lake Saskatchewan on April 4, 1945 to Francis and Marguerite Meiklejohn.
She will be remembered for always being there to make things a little easier for others, her trips to Cabos in retirement with her husband, her passions of sewing, crafts, gardening and baking, her endless positive attitude, being one to never complain and always putting others first. But most of all for creating a warm home and for her unconditional love.
Gayle was predeceased by her husband, Thomas of 49 years in 2016. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Michelle (Jordie) and Susan (Derek). She will be deeply remembered by her four grandson’s, Charlie, Nicholas, Max and Lucus, by her sister Connie and her sister in law Frankie, and many friends and family.
Memorial donations may be made in Gayle’s name to Surrey: Panorama Community Dialysis Unit.
A celebration of Gayle’s life will be held with family and close friends.
