November 7, 1940 - May 12, 2018
Edie left our world unexpectedly and suddenly on May 12 while recovering from a leg fracture. She was with family when she passed in Kelowna, B.C. Edie is survived by her Husband Heinz, daughters Sonya (Gregor) and Gaby (Michael), two sisters Siegrun (Claude) and Karin, and five grandchildren, Kurtis, Marek, Taryn, Tibor and Radek.
Throughout her 42 years in North Delta, Edie welcomed many people to her home where great food and conversation were always enjoyed. She always gave freely of her time to those friends who needed company or just a lift to an appointment.
A celebration of her life was held with immediate family on November 7, 2018.
