SURREY — Police say a 16-year-old Surrey girl they were looking for has been located.
Juleena Utsunomiya had been reported missing after last being seen in Guildford on Feb. 10.
Police said it was very unusual for her to be away for this long without contacting her family, who were concerned for her well-being.
