If you believe that someone is driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, please call 911.
Last Thursday (July 14), the DPD’s commercial vehicle enforcement unit, alongside partner agencies, conducted vehicle inspections on Deltaport Way. Officers completed 29 inspections, observing 55 violations. In all, 18 vehicles were taken off the road and officers handed out 24 violation tickets.
Police said the three most common violations inspectors came across were defective brakes, defective tires and defective air lines.
