Police arrested a man for an indecent act on a public trail in Murrayville and are now looking for anyone who may have witnessed anything on the afternoon of April 5.
An indecent act occurred on a trail in the 5600-block of 211 Street.
At approximately 4:20 p.m. on that Saturday, officers responded to a report of an indecent act allegedly committed by a man on the trail. Upon arrival, police arrested a 36-year-old Langley man in connection with the incident.
"There were several key witnesses who left the area before police arrived. We’re asking those individuals to come forward and speak with investigators," said Sgt. Zynal Sharoom, of the Langley RCMP. "Their information could be crucial to advancing the investigation."
