More than 500 pallets of Epicure products and supplies sit in a Surrey warehouse ahead of a massive action Tuesday, June 24.

"This is one of the largest sales we've ever conducted at Able Auctions," says the narrator of a three-minute video posted to the auctioneer's website.

Part two of the online-only auction will sell more than $1.3 million in cookware, knives, food-prep tools, soup mixes, cookie dough and other packaged food, spices, packaging supplies and more.

The video shows "a wall of packaging material — jars with lids in various different sizes, probably a million, maybe more," the narrator says.

An in-person preview of auction items is today (Monday, June 23) at #101-11539 136th St., Surrey, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., followed by an online auction Tuesday starting at 9:30 a.m.

A message on the website epicure.com says this: "Your favourite clean, gluten and allergen free meal kits, seasonings and dips will be back soon. Canada’s go-to brand for simple and healthy meals is being relaunched Summer 2025."

The post on ableauctions.ca comes with this warning: "We sell thousands of items every month, many in perfect condition, but we do not test any of the items, nor have expertise in all fields relevant to the items. Please do not assume everything is in perfect working order, or even working order, or without damage."
