I believe that Lorill Drummund has got wires crossed; Donald Trump is the belligerent schoolboy who uses brawn to get his way, a person for whom a "politically mature attitude" will not work. Think; an executive order from the White House to bring back plastic straws — is that one of the most pressing issues for the U.S. government in his first month as president of the United States?
Our Canadian politicians (apart from Danielle Smith) are the responsible adults.
I don't believe that we should cooperate with a neighbour who wants to take our property, particularly when that neighbour is a bully and the kind of person for whom diplomacy and negotiation are words not in his lexicon and will be completely ineffective.
