The City of White Rock wants its citizens to showcase their activity.

In a release, the City encourages residents to join the ParticipACTION Community Challenge this June, a national initiative meant to inspire everyone to get active.

“Your participation could help recognize our city as Canada’s Most Active Community and be awarded $100,000 to support local physical activity and sport initiatives,” the release said.

Anyone can participate in the ParticipACTION Community Challenge by downloading and tracking their movement in the free ParticipACTION app from June 1 to 30, 2023.

“Help the City of White Rock become the most active community in Canada,” said White Rock Mayor Megan Knight.
