ElderCollege Delta Society is in the final stages of preparing for its fall program, with registration opening next month.

ElderCollege is a volunteer society committed to providing learning opportunities and events for seniors in a safe, social and stimulating environment, notes a press release. The society has been active since 2003.

Fall semester courses will cover a wide range of subjects, such as history, sciences, technology, the arts and more, taught by presenters knowledgeable in their fields.

Courses will be offered both over Zoom and in-person at the society’s learning centre in Tsawwassen Town Centre mall (1249 56th St.), with in-person classes limited to small groups, appropriately distanced. Mask wearing is recommended.

Fall courses will be posted on the ElderCollege website (eldercollegedelta.wildapricot.org) the first week of September, with registration beginning on Sept. 20.

Annual memberships to ElderCollege Delta cost $10, and learning opportunities start at $10 each. As well, the society offers free technology help to members every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon.
